DJ BLK Soldier
Born and raised in Chicago, Sam Franklin bettter known as DJ BLK Soldier, has been trailblazing the entertainment industry since high school. Early in his career MCing parties and talent shows developed Sam's music roots. Gravitating to DJing in 2010 when starting a college radio show. Quickly developing a regular audience with charisma and curating music set for every program. Captivating an audience with his diverse range of music took Sam from DJ to taste maker.
After graduating from Chicago State University, hired as Producer at iHeartmedia on WGCI-FM. Also, developing skills in event planning while working for several wedding and mitzvah entertainment companies prior to launching BLK Soldier DJ Services. Sam's career began taking off and he focused efforts on building BLK Soldier DJ Services. Sharing talent across the country from New York, Milwaukee, South Bend, Valparaiso, and the entire Chicagoland. Over 14 years of bringing the best at weddings, radio, Mitzvahs, fundraisers, and special events DJ BLK Soldier known to "Protect The Vibe".
